Garlic Aioli


  • 4 cloves garlic - peeled
  • 5 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • 1 capful white wine
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Put garlic cloves through a garlic press or mince very fine, then whisk into mayonnaise along with Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce. If desired, adjust the seasoning. Cover with wet waxed paper or plastic wrap, and refrigerate. Refrigerated, the aioli will keep for two to three days.
