CHILI MAYONNAISE

  • (ADD TO 1 CUP OF MAYONNAISE)
  • 1 fresh cayenne pepper - seeds and ribs removed - sliced
  • 1 fresh serrano pepper - seeds and ribs removed - sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Combine peppers, garlic and lemon juice in a food processor or blender and purée until very smooth. In a glass bowl, mix pepper mixture with 1 cup mayonnaise.
