REMOULADE SAUCE

  • 2 tablespoons cornichon - finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chives - finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons anchovy puree
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients in glass bowl, refrigerate at least 1 hour. Mix again before serving.
