Caper Remoulade

 

Ingredients
  

1 tablespoon Cornichon - finely chopped

    1 tablespoon Chives - finely chopped

      1 tablespoons Red Onion, finely chopped

        1 tablespoon Non-Pareil (small) Capers - drained

          1 teaspoon Anchovy Puree

            2 cups Aioli

              Instructions
               

              • Mix all ingredients in glass bowl, refrigerate at least 1 hour.  Mix again before serving.
