January 26th is "10 minutes Gourmet Meals" surely one of our most popular class. The menu is Stir fry chicken with Thai coconut and broccoli, Crunchy topped snapper baked with tomato and sourdough crust, Italian sausage and Parmesan Reggiano penne, Chicken scaloppini Milanese with a capers and lemon sauce. The crunchy snapper is to die for!!!
February 16th we will be preparing "The best Baked Macaroni & Cheese" you will even have, than we'll prepare a Beef Tenderloin wrapped with bacon and a stroganoff Sauce, Potato Soufflé and Hazelnut & Vanilla Soft Meringue. This is a fantastic class be sure to join us.
Hey all you Julia lovers- here is the event for you!! It's time to recognize and celebrate Julia Child's culinary achievements. She single-handedly changed the way Americans cook, eat and think about food. To show our appreciation for her contributions, we will be cooking some classical French Cuisine Friday March 5th. We'll prepare her famous Coquille St. Jacques, Beef Bourguignon, and of course for dessert we'll make creme caramel.
