Chef Jean-Pierre's Cooking School

Dear Friends & Cooking Enthusiasts

The month of May and June are filled with new and exciting classes. May 1st , I am introducing another new fish class, the snapper with the creamy crab sauce is to die for. The next day I am again preparing my famous Veal Roasted with Mozzarella and baked apple with vanilla Zabaglione, I love this menu! May 9th I will be preparing my scrumptious Filet mignon Wellington and old classic that only gets better with time.

The most exciting event this summer is our celebrity chef series. We’ll start the series with chef and restaurateur Ralph Pagano. Ralph is not only an accomplished Chef but also the host of his own Television show “Pressure Cook” . Ralph literally tours the world, learning about food from remote exotic and unique locations. Some of the places he has visited are Iceland, South Africa and China. Ralph will be doing his first class with us June 10th. The evening promises to be a fun filled evening with awesome food. Another evening that I am very much looking for is June 18th when Chef Udo Mueller the old Left Bank Chef is going to grace us with his vast knowledge of food. Udo is not only a great friend of mine but without a doubt one of America’s finest chef. Be sure to check our calendar for more details.

I also want to thank those of you that responded to our questionnaire and reviewed our classes on the Internet. The reviews and comments were fantastic. Thank you so much for taking the time to share your opinions. We appreciate the support and your feedback provides me with information to keep the classes fresh and exciting for your continued enjoyment. Your enthusiasm inspires me to cook great food and strive to give you the best and most efficient cooking classes.

I look forward to cooking for you this coming schedule and all through the rest of 2008!
